REFUND
All sales are final and cannot be canceled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product is damaged, we will be responsible and will replace it or issue a store credit once it is returned to us with evidence of the damage.
SHIPPING PROCESS
We receive and process orders from Monday through Friday 8:00 am a 12:00 pm.
- USPS FLAT RATE ON DOMESTIC ORDERS.
Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided. Nau Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.
Plase make sure that your address is correct when placing your order to avoid returned packages and extra shipping fees.
